The consent I provide is in addition to and does not supersede, vary or nullify any consent which I may have provided previously in respect of the above purposes unless my consent is withdrawn. _{Route to entry for the giveaway and details of how to enter are as follows, comment your answers below on the relevant Facebook/Instagram post on Vision Advisory Management & FinStyle page, sign up for a Finstyle Account, digitalise and upload minimally one policy into FinStyle app.}

_{Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.}

_{Closing date for entry will be 11:59 pm SGT on 26 August 2022. After this date, no further entries to the giveaway will be permitted.}

_{The Gift will be given to you after you have been selected to win. Three Winners will be chosen at random by all entries received.}

_{Winners will be notified within 28 days of the closing date.  If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.}

_{You will be contacted by a representative from VAM or FinStyle to arrange for the redemption of the gift}

_{Gift are to be collected in person at VisionCrest Commercial.}

_{Winners agree to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry.} 

_{The company will not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of the use of the Gift.}

_{The company reserves the right to substitute the prizes without having to provide prior notice or reason(s) for the replacement.}

_{The Gift is issued by third-party merchants. The company are not agents of the merchants, as such will not be liable or responsible for any errors, omissions or non-performance of the merchants. Neither will the company nor be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result or in connection with the use of the Gift.}

_{All decisions made by the company in connection with this Campaign (including the interpretation of terms and conditions) shall be final and binding on all parties. No appeal will be entertained. The Company has the right and discretion to determine whether you have met all the requirements of the Campaign to receive the Gift.}
